Estimator
Experience Needed: 3-10 Years Plus Experience
An estimator with a strong emphasis on hard bid jobs and conceptual project experience with a variety of project sizes and time in the field. Knowledge of self-performed labor and ability to handle multiple projects a plus. Knowledge in preparing take-offs, pricing and a summary of value engineering items. Must understand all aspects of a project and convey scope to internal and external team members. Candidate should be able to review early design specifications and make suggestions on proceeding. Successful candidate should have 3-10 plus years of experience and an undergraduate degree with a major in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.

Superintendent
Experience Needed: 1-2 years
Entry level superintendent. Superintendent directs and coordinates the activities of the various trade groups such as carpenters, equipment operators, and sub-contractors on site. Responsibilities include making sure that work progresses according to schedule, that material and equipment are delivered to the site on time, and that the activities of the various workers do not interfere with one another.

Carpenter
Experience Needed: 3-5 years
Erect wood framework in buildings, build forms for concrete; and erect partitions, studs, joints, drywalls, and rafters. Hang doors, install hardware and some millwork.

Cement Mason
Experience Needed: 3-5 years
Level, smooth, and shape surfaces of freshly poured concrete on various jobsites.
Must have a thorough knowledge of concrete characterisics and related materials. Must also know the effects of heat, cold, and wind on the curing of concrete. Must be able to tell by sight and touch what is happening to concrete in order to prevent defects.

Engineering Co-Op Students
Experience Needed: None
Looking for 1st or 2nd year civil engineering students to work in a general construction company in various departments from estimating to project management.

Accounting Clerk
Experience Needed: 1st or 2nd year university level accounting students
Under the direct supervision of our Controller will work on our accounts payable and receivable and will perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Controller.
